We are a small but highly versatile and experienced group of professionals from the world of Policing, Education and Social Care who strive for one thing, to train your staff professionally.
We pride ourselves in jargon free pragmatic and appropriate training. We strongly believe that there is no such thing as one size fits all in relation to training and all our courses are bespoke designed for your needs.
With so much pressure on staff time we can deliver our courses outside the key business day to faciliate the smooth running of your organisation - ask us for details.
Fully inclusive teaching methods and materials are always utilised and the training team are well versed in supporting any person with a disclosed educational disability. In addition your staff can, if required, be screened for dyslexia prior to course attendance so any additional support and reasonable adjustments can be put in place.

Jim Ferran, Owner JRC Training
After a successful police career that spanned 3 decades Jim, along with his wife Karen, set up JRC Training. Their goal was simple, to create a contemporary training consultancy which put the client and their staff at the centre of everything they do, make going the extra mile the start of the journey with their clients, and finally to make training practical reflective and fun.
In a short period of time JRC Training have gone a long way in achieving their goals. They have attracted a number of high profile clients from the world of public transport, health and social care, law enforcement and the entertainment/night-time economy.
JRC Training bring training to life, offer real solutions to your problems and bring extensive experience from the world of law enforcement, education and social care to the training environment.
JRC training are currently engaged with several public and private sector organisations designing and delivering cutting edge courses. Their courses are fully inclusive and their training and development team design courses that are suitable for the unique needs of your staff. JRC Training offer a truly bespoke approach to your needs and offer weekend, twilight and overnight training sessions should that be your requirement. Both Jim and Karen hold enhanced DBS clearance and in addition Jim holds a Home Office SC clearance.
